Quick checklist to correct 2×6 or 4×6 print formatting from the WCM server and your booth software.

- Connect your device to the WCM’s Wi-Fi, then open WCM Server at http://192.168.4.1.
If the page won’t load, confirm you’re on the WCM network.
If the Wi-Fi-network asks for a password, use: dnp12345
- In Printers, select the connected printer and open Settings.
- Under Print Formats / Media, check the desired format(s) (e.g., 2×6) and
uncheck all others, then click Save.
Tip: You can save more than one printing size - (Optional) From the WCM server, run Print Test Page.
This confirms the server and driver mapping are correct.
- (Optional) To connect to another Wi-Fi, go to the Wi-Fi tab on the server and connect to the desired one.
- In your booth software, set the layout/template to 2×6/4×6 and print again.
Template and driver size must match. Mismatches cause stretch/crop.
Expected result: 2×6 photo strips render without stretching or partial cropping.
Quick QA
- Still stretched? Re-save the template at native 2×6, ensure no “fit to page” option is enabled in software/driver.
- Wrong orientation? Match portrait/landscape on both WCM and template.
- Borderless issues? Disable driver auto-expand/borderless if it clips the edges.
- Not printing? Reboot the printer and reinitiate the connection to the Photobooth.
